Global Connections I

connections1

The purpose of this report is to illustrate the value created for communities and investors when a World Trade Center is established. Specifically, when a WTC building or complex is developed using the WTCA name and license, the unique services offered enhance value by attracting tenants that are leaders in international trade and commerce.

These services include: one-stop-shopping for government and trade offices; access to WTCA Online; TradeCard services; trade information services; seminars & trade missions; translation, research and office services; publications; and a WTC Club for members.

Global Connections II

connections2The purpose of this report is to illustrate the power of a World Trade Center to significantly impact the level of global trade between its members in the immediate business community and the world at large. Whereas previous research has demonstrated the value that World Trade Centers bring to communities in terms of real estate value, redevelopment impact and local economic growth, this report focuses on how services provided by WTCs increase the
number and dollar volume of trade deals executed by its members. Specifically, this report demonstrates the impact of WTC member services that include trade information and education, market research, trade shows and exhibits, trade missions, and other trade-related business services.
