WTCA Certification Milestone Reached– Taipei WTC Receives Best Practices in Eight Categories!
Six World Trade Centers participated in the WTCA certification process in 2012, each undergoing an extensive evaluation of services and facilities in accordance with WTCA’s global benchmarks for excellence. We congratulate WTC Algiers, Bogota, Edmonton, Nuevo Leon, Poitiers, and Taipei for this achievement, which places them in the ranks of the 100+ WTCs certified to date.

The purpose of the Certification Self-Assessment Guide is to assist World Trade Centers in assessing whether they meet minimum standards, and to help identify corrective actions where needed. In order to become a certified WTC for Service Quality purposes, a WTC must conduct a Self-Assessment in Trade Information Services as well as in at least three additional service categories.
